The house becomes the body that is set in a losing struggle. It is dissected and regarded only as a black and white photograph - far away and as a time capsule.

Capturing a still moment in cement and plaster, each tile of House (Stay) Washed Away shows a piece of a home, a fragment of a neighborhood under the stress of outside forces reclaiming the foundation underneath the house.
